i have gone to several physio therapist but this one is the best. You get first into the sauna for 5 minutes , then another 5 minutes for Jacuzzi followed by an intense session to bring you back into shape. So far , i have injured myself so many times and Peter and his son Kevin have straighten me out back to where i thought i couldnt actually recover. They will give you usually some home work to do if you *really* want to get back on track. Advise some changes in diet etc, but it worked . I followed it to a T and it made a huge difference , even just drinking a 2 L of water . Either way > i cant recommend this place enough and if need a place to go > this one is it .
